Establishing an Account in the Demo environment:

• Every applicant to the Demo account of Bonanza Portfolio Ltd (BPL) shall have to read the Rules relating to the BPL Demo Account and acknowledge having understood and agreed with all the Terms and Conditions of the Demo trading account as well as every provision of these Rules.
• Acknowledgement as aforesaid is made by:
• clicking the appropriate box at the end of the documents that are published on the potential Users;
• Incorporating the Applicant Users email Id in the appropriate space on the said document;
• Incorporating the Applicant Users mobile number in the appropriate space on the said document.
• Ticking the SUBMIT button at the bottom of the said document.
• Pursuant to (i) and (ii) above the Applicant User will receive the Demo Account User Id on his mail Id through an email message and the initial password on his mobile through an SMS.

How to Trade

• The Demo Module offered to the User by BPL is designed, on a best efforts basis, to mimic the real time order book from LIVE Market with a time lag of 15minutes delay in terms of market prices and order quantity.
• The look and feel of the Demo trading platform including all attributes and trading environment will be almost similar to the trading software available in the live market of that particular exchange.
• Upon logging in on each trading day, BPL will place to your credit a notional/ virtual currency reflecting a sum of Rs 5,00,000/= (rupees five lakhs only) that could serve as sufficient r corpus to participate in the Demo trading facility for investing in shares and derivative products offered by the Demo trading facility.
• Through such virtual currency, the User will be extended a virtual trading limit of 5 times the virtual fund size for the Cash Market, 3 times for products in the derivative markets.
• Short sale of Securities is permitted in this Demo trading facility.
• You will need to square off your intra-day transaction before the end of the day or it will get automatically squared off at 3.29 p.m each trading day.
• The intraday trading limit will be reset everyday to your to the extent of the virtual currency available to you in your account.
• All buy and sell transactions cannot exceed the actual volumes in the Demo market.
• All corporate actions factored in the Live Market will be reflected in the DEMO Module.
• You can request BPL to reset your portfolio to Rs 5,00,000 anytime you want to.
• In case of any discrepancy in the orders executed we reserve the right to delete or modify the transactions or even reset the user's portfolio at our sole discretion.
• You can use your Rs 5,00,000 virtual cash to buy and sell shares as well as the equity derivatives commodities available on BSE and/or NSE and the commodities derivative products on MCX.
• You can either place orders at the current market price (Market order) or specify a price to transact (Limit Order)
• Orders placed can either be Good Till Day (GTD - where the order remains in the system only till the end of the trading day).
• The intraday trading limit will be reset everyday to your to the extent of the virtual currency available to you in your account.
• Trading over the Demo module is available from 9:15 AM to 3:30 PM Monday to Friday and also on any other day the Exchanges remain open for trading.
• Stop loss and Trigger orders can also be set at the time of placing the order and can also be subsequently modified if required.
